Walked in 15 minutes late for my appointment online, and Adrian still took me in and did a fantastic job. Been coming here for years and plan to keep coming back. Can't recommend this shop enough, everyone in this shop is super chill to talk to and all give great cuts

First time at Upper Cut a few weeks ago and I absolutely loved it! I got my hair cut by Adrian and he was very precise and careful about getting the style that I wanted. Along with a pretty relaxed atmosphere and good conversation I'll definitely be back here whenever I need a haircut! The only thing that was unorthodox was the sign-up process. They open their doors at 8:30a for sign-ups and I'd recommend getting there a bit earlier to get the time slot you want.

The woman working there needs an attitude adjustment. I came in to ask questions and her customer service was horrible. Got told to leave if I didn’t have an appointment. So much for making one now! Was trying to get my haircut for my wedding and she told me she didn’t need my money cause she was doing good for herself.
