The Venetian Nail Spa

First of all the place is beautiful. The color scheme is just gorgeous and the details of each fixture required thought. The chairs are plush and comfortable. They always offer a cup of fruit and drinks from water to mixed drinks...on the house. This really sets the tone for relaxation and pampering. I love to huge amount of polish colors and brands! The staff is always friendly and there to provide great service while maintaining a calm, soothing atmosphere. Every one is dressed neatly and show up looking their best. The pedicures are amazing! You always get a fresh chair, towels and pedicure bowl liner! I don't know his name but they have a guy that walks around the entire time cleaning and replacing towels, making sure that the facility looks immaculate for every single customer. Ye

The atmosphere is always clean relaxing and pretty! Ask for Jenny and Nhung (Wendy) they are an amazing team to have! My set and pedicure was exactly what I wanted it to be! I did not feel rushed and they took their time!

I’ve had good experiences here, but this time I had an issue. I asked for a normal polish pedicure. I drove about 5 minutes home, and by the time I got inside, 7/10 nails were wrinkled as shown. I’m pretty sure the person who did my nails must have used gel polish on accident? I waited a while but there was no way it was ever going to dry, and it was horribly wrinkled. I just had to wipe off the still-wet polish eventually. There was some kind of user error for sure. And I’m also pregnant, so I wasn’t supposed to use gel polish - I needed the regular. Kind of a waste!

I love this nail spa. I’ve been coming here since they opened. They’re super nice and they offer two complimentary drinks with their service. They take care of me. Jennifer and Brian are my favored nail technicians they do an amazing job.

I had such a great experience here! Tiffany did a wonderful manicure, so detailed, gentle, and perfectly shaped. The whole salon is elegant and beautiful, and even more stunning this time of year with all the Christmas décor. It felt festive, relaxing, and so pretty. Highly recommend!
