DONT go to this shop if you want anything besides box braids or knotless. I came into the shop for 2 braids and a wash. The wash was very aggressive and rough,and they didn’t have any shampoo so she starting putting random packets into my hair. She was too lazy to fully blow dry my hair and tried to start braiding on wet hair. I asked 2 days prior if she could do the hairstyle because I know a lot of shops can’t. I know the hairstyle consists of a lot of gel and slicking but she put wayyy to much and my hair was straight there wasn’t much to slicking. She did the braid the first time,she gave me Viking braids(search it up) and that’s not what I want she redid the braid and finished it out just for it to look the same as the first one. I went here to give them a try I honestly was disappointed the way my parts is the way my braids are don’t even look like I went to a shop never again definitely a lesson learned they played in my face thee worst experience I ever had definitely don’t look like I got my hair done yesterday at a shop at that

Came in was greeted immediately, I always thought this was just a beauty supply store until I was riding pass and I was told it's a braiding shop . I like my hair I don't love it because I wasn't specific and exactly how I wanted this style and that's on me . But I will definitely be back to give them a try again I recommend if you did have a bad experience give them a try again. It was clean they were friendly they had kids in them but they didn't bother nobody and you barely hurt them and their respectful. Price was decent . I'm going back in 2 weeks for box braids update when I'm done

Went and got my hair done on Monday, It was an amazing experience. I think they have gotten better with their customer service. The beautian who was assigned to me did an excellent job with doing my hair, not too tight besides in the front and side of my head but all in all wasn't too bad this time around and because they did my hair so good and fast, I made sure to tip as well. So at the end I had a satisfying time getting my hair done and will be back!.
