From the moment we arrived for our early Friday appointments—wash, blow dry, and sleek ponytails—we were treated to impeccable service, complete with a gorgeous charcuterie spread and mimosas 🥂 What really stood out was how efficiently everything ran, without ever compromising on quality. I have found my hair home in Chicago. Key 🔑 has magic hands , a wonderful spirit, so much life advice, and a TON of hair knowledge, hair science, growth methods for your hair. Her salon is classy and sleek, the efficiency with her time dedication and attention to detail are strong. She is gentle to the point you’ll be talking or relaxing and next thing you know— boom your hair is slayed and it’s time to go! I will be coming back to her for my silk presses, quick weaves, sew ins , and much more. I really like Key/Keysha , her salon, Kai the other stylist, and overall think she’s great and that’s really all I want to say!

Kaiya was my stylist, and this was my first time at Koressence. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern contemporary decor and luxurious ambiance. The one-on-one experience was everything! It was just Kaiya and me in the salon during my appointment, which made me feel incredibly comfortable, especially since I’m usually self-conscious about my hair.
