I have been getting my hair cut and styled by Nargis for over 10 years. Over the years I have had many different styles of cuts and she has done an excellent job with each one. She is always ready to try whatever I ask. I have also had my hair colored (foil and one color) and it comes out just how I want and expect. I really enjoy talking with her as well, she is friendly and funny. She has experience with many different cuts/styles and coloring.

Have had a great experience after needing to find a new salon to help with my hair after moving to the area. Specifically working with Nargis, she helped revive my hair color after several months of grow out, and provided helpful advice and great styling as I’m learning to better manage my finely textured 2c curl type. I was happy to receive a same day appointment. I was told they had availability with ample time. I got there 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. However, I was stated 40 minutes late. The front desk associate was kind and communicated during my waiting time but the hair stylist was not very concerned. As I unraveled my hair she exclaimed “what is this?!” My hair is long and thick and I’m used to it taking longer to cut my hair. But I did not love her initial comment, especially after having waited 40 mins. Toward the end I did mention she didn’t have to do a “perfect job” with the blow dry because I was just going home afterwards. I'm a Latino man with medium-to-shoulder length 2C textured hair. For the past few years I've driven ~2 hours from Richmond to this salon to get a curly haircut with Nargis. I've had virtually no issues with her or her haircuts and have always left satisfied with her work. It was really difficult for me to find a curly certified hair dresser that wouldn't break the bank and left me happy, so I highly recommend for anyone in need of a curly cut.
