This was so easy! I have long hair, which puts off a lot of stylists. It does take more work. That said, I had the pleasure of seeing Harry there a few weeks ago. He was friendly, gracious and most importantly, he paid attention to what I wanted. A great neighborhood gem that I will visit again.

Very odd experience on the phone, never had a business act so dismissive and rude to me. I live within walking distance, and was looking for somewhere to go repeatedly. I asked for the underlayer of my hair 1 color (black). I mentioned I do part of my hair an unnatural color myself. the man on the phone said they don't do colors like that. That's fine, I do it myself, I started asking if he can bleach part of my hair ("money pieces" in the front), and he quickly, in a rude tone said "you know what, this isn't going to work out" and hung up lol! So they can't bleach hair? What i was requesting was normal colors, black and bleach. Maybe he's scared/offended by people with unnatural hair color? My appointment with Harry was amazing! His attention to detail is exactly what I was looking for. Finding a new stylist this good was like winning the lottery.

This salon deserves more than 5 stars. I have tried many different salons over the years and I finally found one that actually listens. This is the first time that I am a regular at a salon. Elona is careful, precise, and never fails to give me EXACTLY what I want. Not to mention, the salon is beautiful and clean. I was worried about parking in the area, but I got parking right out front--4 dollars for 2 hours. If you are looking for a salon that will actually listen and give you what you want for a reasonable price, you NEED to check out this salon! I am so happy with my beautiful blonde highlights.

Harry is the BEST. I've been coming to the salon since it first opened... and only because Harry has been doing my hair since he was at another salon.
