I've subscribed to the WSJ for 50 years. While working, it was delivered before I hit the road each morning. Now that I'm retired and have more time to read it in the morning, I'm lucky if it arrives by 3:00 pm. Lately, I've been getting 2 papers in one day (e.g., Tuesday's paper came today (Wednesday)). This has been consistently happening. Reporting this through customer service goes nowhere.

WSJ continues to deliver newspapers to me even though I am not a subscriber. I can only assume that the prior tenant is still paying. I called WSJ several times to try to get them to cancel but they won’t. I get directed to people in India who have no power or insight. This is unethical subscription malpractice. This is the only way a physical news company can survive in the era of modern technology.

Apparently, if you sign in and you agree to their terms for the first year, if you keep this subscription for a whole year, they're going to charge you almost $50 the moment the year is up.. Be wary. And they also won't give you a refund. The day it happens

That article you did where you interviewed Jasmin Rappleye was a pretty dishonest and frankly criminal and slanderous attempt to intentionally misrepresent our faith WITHOUT consulting official sources from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You are part of the reason why American trust in this country’s journalists and media companies is in the toilet. You need to retract that article and apologize for such horrific mistreatment of our faith.

Wall Street Journal posted false information about UNRWA back in January 2024, and now Gaza is starving to death 2025. UNRWA was defunded because of reports from the Wall Street Journal, and now if you go on their Instagram page they have banned the use of the word Gaza.
