The process is painless regardless where she's waxing, she's super meticulous and goes above and beyond to get you the results you want, AND she keeps the vibe comfortable and fun with her lovely personality. But Jessica was absolutely amazing. She took the time to kindly explain everything beforehand, which really helped ease my anxiety.
