I went in for an eyebrow waxes and left with an injury near my eye. The area was clearly burned during the service, and I have photo documentation showing that it has progressively worsened since the appointment. During the appointment, I immediately felt that my eyebrows were not being handled with care. The waxing was unusually fast and significantly more painful than any wax I’ve received in my life — and I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for years. It was over much quicker than normal, and the pulling felt harsh compared to my past experiences.
