The Waxing Room

I went to the Waxing Room Lincoln for YEARS and was never not happy with the service provided. Recently, I went in for my routine appointment and the owner was working, not my usual aesthetician which I thought was odd because if there was ever a scheduling conflict before, they communicated that very well. The person who did my waxing did not do it well. It was honestly like she didn't wax anything at all, and she did not seem well. I hope she's okay, but it appears as though she lost the best two employees she could have, and is now doing very poor work! I was so unhappy and super disheartened.

Had a wonderful experience. All of the previous poor ratings have either been taken care of or never really was a problem I'd ignore those! My waxing was very comfortable, clean and complete with no stray hairs remaining.

We moved and I can't find anyone as great as Lindsey! She was always so professional, quick, and very reasonably priced. High quality products. If we ever move back to the Omaha area, I'll definitely be back!!!

I've never written a review for anything in my life before, but this time it felt completely necessary. I've been getting waxed for 10+ years and this was truly the worst Brazilian wax I've ever had. Not only was she asleep on the waxing table when I arrived, but she missed huge patches and it was more painful than any other wax I've had. I had more ingrown hairs pop up after this wax than I've had in my lifetime. My skin was so irritated for two weeks. When I went to get waxed a few weeks later (by another lady) she told me that the technique used was terrible, I had broken hairs all over, and I may have well have just shaved.

Certainly a public comment is not the first thing a guy wants to post about a back wax, but I think The Waxing Room deserves some public praise. I've always had a rock solid experience. The whole process has been fast and professional. Five stars.
