I love this place. Although I schedule and attend via Classpass, I still receive the same great service. Alma & Jen are amazing! Alma has done several massages for me before I was pregnant and don’t let her size fool you, she gives in every nook and cranny. Jen provided me with the best prenatal massage and I definitely plan to book throughout my pregnancy. My headache stemming from my neck was gone before I left the building and I was so grateful. Overall, I love the ambiance of the entire establishment and feel they’re reasonable priced for the service provided.

Dulce was amazing !!! This was a ClassPass reservation, but I will be going back. I did the Swedish 50 minute massage and it hit all points perfectly. Atmosphere was 10 out of 10 as well!

The West Wellness is always clean, calming, and welcoming, and everyone there is friendly and professional. Jen is an outstanding massage therapist who helped me work through an injury — my pain has significantly improved. She offers very firm pressure but always adjusts to exactly what I need. Highly recommend.

Melanated buyers beware ⚠️ This spa opened up recently, and it has such a beautiful space with lots to offer. I was excited to win a free basic facial at their opening event, but the results were not great for me. I enjoyed the fact that Angel took his time learning about the products I currently use and discussed my regimen in detail with me. However, when it was time for the extraction it literally brought tears to my eyes. I let Angel know that I usually have to be gentle with extractions due to my sensitive skin, or else they will leave a mark. His response was “Oh it’ll be fine, that shouldn’t happen”. By that evening the extraction points had turned and I had brand new dark spots on my face. This was upsetting for two reasons: 1) I told him to be gentle to avoid this; 2) The spots th
