Lovely variety of scents. The staff is always super involved and friendly. I’ve always received help and recommendations, the employees are very knowledgeable. Great deals from time to time. The Crunchy English Toffee candle is one of the most delicious scents on Earth, and it was tragic when my boyfriend dropped the one he had just bought for me. The candle was new, but the glass had cracked. The staff was super understanding and helpful in getting it exchanged for a usable one!!!

First and foremost i have never had a bad experience until today with the manager Brooke. She gave absolutely zero resolution today! I went online and submitted an order for 4 candles. Buy 2 get 2. When i arrived to pick up my order nothing was said to me except checking my id upon arrival. Mind you i received zero communication from the store. No confirmation number nothing. So anyways i go get my order and halfway home realized i had only received 3 candles. So i called the store and spoke with Brooke. She informed me that they didn't have one of the candles so they canceled the order and gave me 3 candles at a discount.... well that is not what the advertised deal was . Rather than wait for me to arrive and explain the situation she took it upon herself to cancel my order. And

Love this location. I live in Utah County so I am not able to visit this store often (which is good for my wallet). Clean and well stocked. Helpful staff. The way they are handling the flow of customers during Covid is great too. Never overcrowded and you are not rushed.

Door greeter, Ione, was amazing! Knowledgeable and very friendly. Deserves a raise! Cashier was extremely rude and short with my mom and I. Poor customer service. Hope I never get her when I go back:/

I asked about a candle that they carried, but couldn’t find. The store clerk was very informative and answered all my questions.
