I have been going to Lauren for 4 years now and cannot say enough amazing things about her consistency, talent, and just overall her being a beautiful human. I initially went to her for my wedding hair and make up and instantly felt comfortable and have never left! From her expert coloring to her haircuts she really takes the extra time to make sure it’s right and communicates with ease.

My (very shy) teenage daughter just went here for a haircut. We instantly felt welcome. Everyone is so nice and the facility is modern and clean. Mady was fantastic! The haircut looks amazing and the pricing was very reasonable.

I adore Bethany! She has a heart of gold and the ability to master the perfect cut. I have "over the top," thick hair and it is not an easy cut. From my first cut with her, she has always created a beautiful style, and each time, taken the time to get it right ... always the perfect shape!! It makes a world of difference when I can walk out of a hair salon, and feel beautiful ❤️

Salon slophouse. I asked for the most basic haircut with some layers. I have asked for blunt cuts that were less blunt than the cut I received. I have less layers after my cut than when I walked in. I now have lost a good chunk of my hair length for a haircut that is so heavy and shapeless - I will have to wait for it to grow again to get this trash fixed. The salon that was here before charged half the price than The Wordy Bird with far better service. I haven't heard any word back on my refund!

I had booked an appointment with Kylee, she is fantastic! She greeted me with a smile, offered me a beverage, and took the time to really look at my hair, thickness and texture, we discussed color and styles, I felt heard and she had great suggestions for blending my grays in, and took time to explain things to me. She is very sweet and thorough, and thoughtful! I love how my hair turned out and have had so many compliments on it! Kylee is phenomenal, I won’t go to anyone else!! Dani gave me a facial that was so relaxing and took years off me, my face looks so bright & young. She is extremely knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my skin and things I can do to care for it.
