Chloe is PHENOMENAL. From the moment I sat in her chair, she asked all the right questions and really took the time to understand my vision. She was honest, knowledgeable, and explained everything she was doing so I felt completely comfortable and confident. She completely transformed my hair. I went from long, straight, one-length dark hair to the most gorgeous copper brown balayage with stunning layers. It’s beautiful! Her professionalism and energy are unmatched. This was hands down one of the best hair experiences I’ve ever had! 10/10 recommended! I will definitely be back!

Melanie, whomever she is at the salon (not sure her capacity) is highly unprofessional. Let’s just say that the way she treats customers isn’t the way customers are supposed to be treated. She apparently knows all and the customer is never right. I went in and saw a master stylist who I was over the moon for and did an amazing job. Unfortunately, she was booked for a while, so I made an appointment for my mother with a Junior stylist, who I just assumed would know exactly what she’s doing because someone told me everyone there is good and the price point indicates that you would leave happy. well the next night at dinner I noticed my mom‘s roots stuck out like a sore thumb. I had such a great experience at Therapy Hair Salon in Charlotte. From start to finish, everything felt welcoming, organized, and professional. My stylist, Chloe, was absolutely wonderful. She’s clearly not just a stylist, but a true hair artist and color specialist. I have a lot of hair and it can be challenging to work with, but she made the entire process look effortless. She spent real time consulting with me, carefully formulating the color, and explaining her approach. You can tell she’s educated, skilled, and genuinely cares about her craft. Chrissy was super professional, attentive to details, and made sure I exited the premises with a great feeling about my new haircut. The haircut itself met all of my high expectations. Products being used smell and feel great. Overall, a great experience. Whenever my hair grows longer, I'm definitely coming back.

Yesterday I visited Therapy Salon with my mom, who is visiting from Argentina, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were kindly offered a drink, which made us feel very welcome. Jordan took care of us and was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient, and truly gifted. He made my mom feel comfortable, cared for, and relaxed the entire time. She left looking beautiful and feeling so happy with the result. Thank you for making this experience so special for her.
