I usually don’t talk too much. May be that’s why the lady was on the phone all the time when she was doing my perm. My chin was burn so badly b/c she was not paying attention to what she was doing! It is still hurt! Also, I was given a price for my perm when I was booking the appointment (for two days later). But they charged me for extra $30 when I had my perm. The reason? Some blaw dry, and some other things. I just hope I was informed the price change ahead! Will not go back there

Every time I get my haircut I go here. Theresa is so nice and welcoming. I get really hesitant about people touching my hair. However, last time I asked for curtain bangs and layers and they came out perfect. Definitely go here!

What a great experience. Theresa did my hair exactly how I wanted. It looks beautiful and her prices are amazing for West Hartford. She fit me in on a busy weekend and was even able to fit in time to do highlights. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This place is terrible. They have terrible service and are overpriced. They don't have a clue how to cut hair or treat a customer. Go to somewhere else and don't use this place. look at the photo on here of the customer that got their skin burned during a perm. That is terrible service

This post is about communication I think the hairdressers are very competent However, 8 months ago I got a cut based on an inspiration picture I had I understand that , of course my hair is not exactly like the gal in the picture I got a great cut, easy to manage and received many complements. I loved it! I went back 3 times and was really happy This last time I had one issue that I felt was not working and I explained it to the hairdresser I showed her the picture I originally showed her and she said that i could not achieve that look with my hair I explained she had already done a great job interpreting it.
