This Is It Spa/Salon

Whoever said stylists are not magicians have never had their hair done by Ann. I love the end results and enjoy the many compliments that I receive. All the stylists at this shop are very professional and it feels good coming into an atmosphere where everyone is so genuine. I definitely recommend this salon to all.

Nice atmosphere however I was a new client to stylist named Ann. They call her Sweet Ann. I love a nice wash with a great press because I do not get to the salon often due to my busy schedule. She told me I was picky because of this. If this is the case, then everyone is PICKY! I asked her if she silk presses and she said "What is that? Needless to say, I have decided not to return. Also the owner speaks to you if she wants to. Not very friendly. On 1-3-2020, I received a text message from Ann saying that she had read my reviews and I was a LOW LIFE and will reap what I sow! How unprofessional is that! I would encourage anyone to stay away from this salon! I can write any review I want about any company. This has been my experience here. I have found one of the best stylist in the state

Well the salon saying “this is it” hit it right on the nail! I feel like I hit the jackpot. Yes yes I was referred to Ann by my co-worker and was very satisfied in all areas; punctuality, professionalism and cleanliness. I’m so thankful for even being able to sit in Ann’s chair. I recommend Ann and this shop due to the nice atmosphere it has. This could be it for you. Stop by and try them out.

My beautician has been doing my hair since I was 18, now I am 50 plus. Francene Crowder is an awesome stylist. Every style, cut, and color I get I am happy when I leave her chair. She is the best stylist on this side of town, I couldn't see myself going anywhere else. Thank you Francene Crowder!!
