Tholuwany hair braids

I asked numerous times for dreads Showed them pictures of the dreads . They tell me they want to do two strands twists , I said no . I am tired of twists . I get up and there are haft twists and dreads. Though they came out nice when I walked away, but then realized some of these are twists that are unraveling soon because I don’t have any rubber bands . Plus by me not getting what I wanted . I also was overcharged for some twists.

Tholuwany is excellent. My hair is natural and has regressed a bit, and started falling out. I was looking for someone who could attempt to catch short hair, so I can start growing it back. I saw a video on Tholuwany’s page of her doing short hair and I was impressed. I went to her and couldn’t be happier. Since it’s short a few did fall out and Tholuwany was happy to re-do those for me. That’s great customer service. Now they’re tight again. I saw her two weeks ago and am seeing hair growth already. She’s responsive, easy to reach and easy to book an appointment. I’d recommend Tholuwany and will be returning!

Maybe she does good work, but her work wasn’t good on my hair. I booked medium knotless with curls at the end. I scheduled my appointment for 1pm so this time should be honored, but the day before she asks me to come at 3pm because she has another client at 11am and won’t finish until 3pm. I insisted at coming at 1pm and waiting around till 3pm till she was done with the client. I warned her that I had a lot of hair. I get there about five minutes after 1 and she got started on my hair immediately. I was shocked but it should’ve been a red flag that she would rush my hair. The website doesn’t have a clear price list for different lengths so I was told that what I booked was for shoulder, but my hair at the back was longer than that so it would have to be $170. Im in love with gladys work she did my retwist also did knotless braids and twist over my locs. Gladys also done my daughters twists. Gladys is a very good person price is fair. I have no complaints ❤️ thank you
