Had the cologne I was looking for at the best price I could find online. Shipped quickly, securely packed, they even included a few samples and a handwritten thank you note!

Placed order, was told it was shipped. Almost a month later and no sign of what I ordered. Post office says they never received the item from them. Contacted company twice with no reply. Their website says they value open communication but that’s really not the case. I also see that they have no problem updating their social media pages but don’t have time to reply to a customer inquiry. I’ll be seeking a chargeback.

Stopped by for the first time while I was in the city for a work trip. This is a one of a kind pharmacy / personal care store that is beyond words to describe. They have so many hard to find products plus their own line is incredible. I got the.Nuxe body oil, Before toothpaste and my favorite French perfume. Customer service is fantastic. Bonus - easy to order online. I’m a new customer for life. Give them a try. Small businesses like this deserve our business!
