I chose to be serviced by Farrah based on the reviews and she did not disappoint. Very sweet lady and you can tell she puts her all into her craft. I showed her a photo of how I wanted my brows to look and she definitely delivered. I'm so happy I found my to-go to brown person. Thank you!

Always sucks making the plan and effort to go somewhere according to their posted hours and them not actually being open. Then having no other option because you didn't think you'd need them. Came at 8:20pm, 9pm is their posted close time.

The service was very pleasant overall. I didn’t catch the name of the technician, but she was polite and gentle throughout the appointment. I was happy with the chin and lip wax, she did a great job with both. However, I was disappointed with how my eyebrows were done. I felt a lack of attention to detail. She trimmed my eyebrows in a way that left them uneven and didn’t clean up the ends properly. After I finished I saw the equipment she was using it was an old brush and what seemed to be dull scissors so instead of asking her to correct my eyebrow I ended up going elsewhere to have them corrected. This business needs to invest on quality equipment and better lighting. I will not be returning.

I always have an amazing experience! The service is quick, gentle, and very precise. My brows came out perfectly shaped, and I absolutely love the results every time.
