Trusted the good reviews. But ended up being the worst threading experience ever with cuts all over my eyebrows right before my engagement shoot. I at the kiosk on Saturday 1/31 and whoever did this seemed to be new. Please train your employees better. I've never been cut in all my years of threading
Falguni was AMAZINNNGGG!! She was so friendly and kind. She asked me what I’d like then asked if I liked shaped eyebrows. She showed me each eyebrow after she was done to make sure I liked it. She offered me tissues when my eyes were watering lol. She’s just so sweet and I’ll definitely be coming back❤️
Mala Is absolutely amazing. I was so skeptical to get my eyebrows done because they are very thin, but she was patient with me. She was courteous enough to show me my eyebrows before she even finished to make sure she was going in the right direction. When I tell you, I love my eyebrows so much thank you so much Mala for your kind spirit.
Falguni is the best!!! She listens to what you want and executes that exactly. She also makes sure you’re comfortable as well just let her know what you want and she’ll take it from there. I suggest her and this place over all!
Falguni does an amazing job every single time. She’s precise, gentle, and really knows brows. I always leave loving my results. Highly recommend!
