I recently visited Tiffany’s Nail Spa and had a very disappointing experience. Upon entering the salon, I was immediately told that they could not help me, without any explanation. This interaction made me feel humiliated and unwelcome. The staff's behavior seemed discriminatory, and it left me feeling deeply uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers.

I make an appointment with Yuhnee to do my nails. I got gel x nails . I explain to her what I wanted and my nails came out beautiful. Yuhnee is so kind I asked her about a nail tool where I can buy one like that because I checked Amazon for it but couldn’t find it . She just gave me one for free. The place is very clean and Yuhnee is an amazing nail tech.

Make an appointment in advance and you will get everything you want. Yunhee is an INCREDIBLE nail tech and a wonderful person. All the cry babies in the reviews giving 1 star are people who walk into a very small business when they have never been there before and are demanding. This place is an incredibly small salon with only two techs working at a time. They are always booked days in advance. This is not the shop to walk in and say “I need two mani pedis right now” and not have an appointment. Go to one of those nail factories for something like that… not a well run small business. Everyone saying that it’s racial is also insane because she has black and Hispanic clients that visit her religiously and have not strayed from her for years. Asian owner lady is extremely rude and probably racist!!! My mother and I came to this location to do gel mani/pedis' and upon entering she did not greet us and when we sat down and waited to be helped for about 10 minutes she pulled out her scheduling book and said if we had called to do our nails which I replied that I didn't know it was by appointment but she proceeded to say that it wasn't by appointment but that she couldn't help us. We completely were denied service for absolutely no reason. She had 2 clients in the store and it was 1pm on a Thursday so i can't understand as to why we couldn't get service. Customer service is extremely important when owning a business and being polite goes a long way. Had she said she had an emergency or any other excuse I could've understood, but sh
