Tim Cindy Nail Bar

I came in before the new year to get a new full set and pedicure. I called a couple days before and made an appointment with Sonny; the only tech I’ve seen at this salon and I’ve been happy with. I arrived and they let me know he did not show up due to an emergency. I would have at the very least appreciated a phone call to let me know so I can decide to reschedule or see another tech. I should’ve taken that as my sign to reschedule or go to another location I trusted. Not even a week later, most of the nails are already coming off from the edges. I asked for bright white for the pedicure and as you can see in the picture, it’s more of a sheer white. I asked the tech to correct it a few times and she kept saying this so the shade I wanted so I gave up. For the full set manicure Cindy was

I have done my nails here before and I liked them always but this time I paid $134. The shape and acrylic work look rushed and uneven, and I had to get them fixed elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend Cindy.

Tim and Cindy are both so sweet! They had both done my nails with Tim shaping them and Cindy painting them and they slay every time!! Cindy literally did the exact design that I wanted but better!! I’ve been coming here over a span of a few years now and they never disappoint!!

Kelly recently moved to this store and it is AMAZING! I was welcomed with a smile. Pedicure chairs were comfortable and they used disposable liners (that were ripped and tossed after) so I didn’t have to worry about cleanliness. Music was playing at just the right level. I was offered a drink at the beginning of my service and refilled during my service. When we moved to the manicures, the pampering continued. I brought a picture of what I wanted for color/design and Kelly replicated it perfectly! So excited that this will be my new nail shop every two weeks!

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I paid over $200 plus tip for my nails, and within just two days, one of my nails came off. I was out of town when it happened, so I called the salon on the fourth day once I’m back in town to have it repaired. To my surprise, I was told they would not fix it for free, despite having just paid such a significant amount. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this salon. The quality of work was poor, the customer service was lacking, and I feel the pricing doesn’t reflect the level of service provided. When you spend over $200 on a service, you expect it to last more than two days. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
