After an extensive virtual consultation with Tim about my loc journey and prior hair color experience, I made an appointment with master colorist and loctician, Blu. The atmosphere was inviting and Blu was courteous and upbeat, presenting me with a range of options and carefully explaining the coloring process, responding thoughtfully to all of my questions. I was able to connect on WiFi and keep all of my calls and meetings as I enjoyed a shampoo, deep conditioning, multi-step coloring process and interlock retie. She even colored and reattached two locs I’d accidentally cut when removing crochet braids the night before. I’m elated with the results! So I brought my fiancé in today and it was absolutely amazing, it’s been a while since his interlocking was done, but he didn’t mind it. Tim is always fast and efficient. At a good price for the amazing work. Very welcoming environment as well, he has snack and drinks options. He know exactly what he’s doing, the employees you see working there also have the biggest smiles ever, in every room!! Thank you so much. He’s not like every other hairstylist, he’ll give you hair tips to keep you on your Loc journey!

Tim is amazing at retwisting and maintaining my dreads. Every visit leaves my locs looking ten times better than before. The attention to detail is top-notch, and the scalp care is always on point. Though appointment times can be a little off due to back ups from other customers and such, which isn't too much of a problem but can be inconvenient. Whether it's a detox, interlocking, or general maintenance, I leave feeling satisfied. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dreadlock care.
