Tin Tin Nails

This used to be my go to nail place. Every 3 weeks religiously. Once Kevin left, I also stopped going. I was in a pinch to be honest and gave them another try. Big mistake. 10/13 I went in for a regular fill, gel, solid color. I’m thinking an hour tops. I sat there for over two hours and my nails (who were done by a woman named Grace) were absolutely atrocious. They were not willing to help me match the color I was looking for for my nails and just kept telling me to “pick color”. I should have left then when they were getting irritated I was asking for help/opinions. My fill was so bumpy and uneven. 2 days after, my thumb just completely cracked on the bottom of my nail. I have been coming here for almost a year now. While I love everyone at this salon, I haven’t always loved the full set I walk away with. It could just be me, because I’m rather picky with the shape of my nails, the width, I’m insecure about having short nail beds, etc. I keep coming back because the customer service is incredible & they always do a good job. Today, my normal nail lady was off. I was desperate for a fill, so I saw Wendy who listened to me & saw my concerns. I walked away today IN LOVE with the fill she did! My nails are beautiful, the color is exactly what I love (I’m a neutral/nude girly). She was outstanding, worked quickly but efficiently, delivered 10/10! Thank you Wendy!!!

Today they got a 2. But a 5 on my pedi. So, My provider did well on my pedi, although they didn't give me the color I chose, I managed. It was my birthday 10/13. Anyways I asked for polish for my hands (no gel) and she polishes them and used a L. E. D. light. They were not drying properly and running. So she leaves the table to go get her nails done, then did some1 lashes while I sat there. I was pissed. I told the other lady to clean the polish off of my hands bcz I wasn't paying for nails that the polish was running.. Again this was my birthday 😕😳

This salon is my favorite. Always my go to for a little self-care, and it was totally worth it. The prices are fair, the service is excellent, and the designs are so cute. My nails are always exactly how I want them. I always go to Sake ! She is the best at everything and sometimes she gets so busy so at times her daughter Kat will do my pedicure. Her daughter always does good on my pedicures as well. Highly recommend!!

I love all the ladies here but Sake always does a really great job on my nails. The pedicures are the best I've gotten in town.
