I can’t say enough great things about Tykia. From the moment my daughter started seeing her, hair appointments became something she genuinely looks forward to. Tykia has a warm, patient, and professional presence that instantly puts children at ease, and it truly shows in her work. She is consistently punctual, prepared, and attentive, taking the time to ensure my daughter is comfortable and happy throughout the entire appointment. Her skill, creativity, and care are evident in every style she does, but what really sets her apart is the relationship she builds with her clients. Such a great place for children with natural hair. My daughter’s have been going there for approximately 3 years now. I love how comforting, and patient the hair dressers are with my children. The locations are always so clean, when you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly faces, the hair stylists provide tablets for kids to play with, friendly conversations to make them feel right at home, a snack when children say their hungry at times, I can’t brag enough about Tiny Textures, they deserve a 10 star rating. Tiny Textures has truly been a lifesaver for our family. My little boy loves keeping his hair braided but is very tender-headed, and they make sure he feels comfortable, cared for, and loved every single visit. He’s been going there for three years now, and the stylists and the community they’ve built genuinely feel like family. I’ve even started going periodically myself, and I enjoy my experience every time.

My daughter has been getting her hair done for several years at this salon. The stylist are professional and talented. She gets French braids, box braids, twists, boho braids and blow-outs. I would recommend this salon to all ages. We are always satisfied with the quality of work the young ladies provide. My daughter looks forward to her hair appointments.

We have been a customer for 6 months now. My daughter was hooked from the very first visit. I legitimately can’t say enough good things about this salon. For starters, we purchased the products and they are truly the best for my daughter’s hair (4a) type. My daughter who just turned 3 years old can sit for 2-3 hours straight for a detangle, wash, condition, blow out and braids, all because Miss Bernice is so patient and so so good at what she does. Her hair is always looking so good and we get so many compliments from strangers. I can confidently make this review and say if you booked an appointment you will not be disappointed. The only complaint I have is that this owner doesn’t have enough salons. I’m going to try to convince her to open more in the future because this is just awesome a
