Made an appointment 2 weeks ago to avoid having to wait because of valentines day. Called and they moved it to 430pm. So I went in at 425pm. Was told to sit at a lady's station..waited about 15 mins. Asked how much longer and was told another 30 mins because they took walk ins instead of honoring an appointment time. Will never go back.

I usually don’t have any issues coming here to get my toes done, but the last couple of times I’ve come it’s never open on time. If you guys are going to say that you guys open at 10 AM, make sure that the nail salon is open at 10 AM. If the employees are going to be constantly running late, then change the opening time on google to 10:30AM. People don't want to be waiting in the parking lot for guys to open. Be responsible.

I came across this place, made an appt for my pedi and have to say is the best pedi I have received in the last 3 yrs the lady that did me was very intentional with my feet, paid attention to detail loved it I would definitely go back.

The man there checked me in and asked what I wanted. Explained that I wanted French manicure and red toes. He showed me to the polish options and said to pick the color. I handed him my selection. He handed it back to me and showed me to their waiting area without saying anything except "One half hour" Waited for one full hour. Left the polish and walked out. Really wanted to get my nails done. I wish he would have been honest about how long it was going to be ~ all the time spent waiting = I could have gone somewhere else. He said nothing as I left. Things noticed as I waited: The place is run down. Everything in there is dirty. Dusty Christmas tree ornaments hanging late in March. Wet towels hanging around. 2 people working on a Friday The man was dishonest and unprofessional.

I called in to see for availability for a pedicure for my daughter and the man who answered the phone said come back in 45 minutes so we did. When I got there there was only one person in front of us getting a pedicure and he said we would be next. We had waited for 45 minutes. As it was getting late My daughter asked very politely how long it would take. The lady told her to go sit down and completely disregarded her. When I asked the man how much longer he refused to answer and he would not take any accountability for her rudeness. There's no need to go to businesses like this. Can't even respect you or answer polite questions
