KIM is amazing at doing nails she is the one that does mine.And everyone else that works there is so nice and does amazing on there job too. I recommend this place. I am traveling across country on a short schedule. It has been 4 weeks since my last nail appointment and I had broken two nails completely off so I needed something asap and in a hurry. I called every shop in a 10 mile radius and only one had an immediate opening AND said they could do dip. When I walked in, I couldn’t believe how dirty everything was. They still have the COV1D plexiglass screens up and they are so dirty you can’t really see what the technician on the other side is doing to your nails. The lady has me pick my color and then started sanding the old dip off my nails and proceeded to heat-burn me with the electric sander, TWICE!! Then, instead of soaking the rest of the dip off, she took a painters pallet knife and pried the nails off, taking my natural nail growth off cle

Kim is the absolute best! She is very talented, kind hearted and super funny to be around! She takes no crap and makes every appointment an enjoyable time!

I am so frustrated. I am going on a trip tomorrow morning so as any person would, I got a gel pedicure. Well… I got my pedicure done TODAY around 3/3:30 pm, and it is now TODAY STILL 8:30 pm and my GEL pedicure FELL OFF (yes you read that correctly. FELL. COMPLETELY. OFF.) I haven’t even had my nails done for more than 6 hours and they are all off. I called asking for a refund since I Venmo’d them and I’m going out of town early in the morning tomorrow and won’t be able to return to get them fixed. She told me she couldn’t return my Venmo and the only way to fix it would be to come in and get them redone. I’m extremely disappointed in this service.
