so it look like yall took down my review and others ppl reviews winnie your are nice and like i said i been coming there almost two years and its always the same thing i learn to ignore it and get my service and leave you have that men that sits at the door and that other men who talk in Vietnamese about ppl especially black ppl like saying how dark somebody skin is i brung 3 ppl there and they said never again just to rude then like i stated in last review we turn on our google translator to make out what was being said and you guys should be ashame are you guys racist or feel like yall superior to black ppl honestly wants to know do black skin amaze you guys that much it’s kind of heart breaking that as a black women i come and spend my hard own money with you guys and you talk about ski

Super disappointed with the way my nails turned out. Half of my nails are crooked and slanting. This was my first time coming here and I can guarantee I won’t be returning. I usually don’t write reviews but after having to pay $53 for a set of nails that look like a five year old did them, I felt like it was right.

The workers at tip top is the best and I have a good time when I am in there just went the other day they are so friendly and I have nothing bad a bout tip top nail and yes they all are A+on there work to me and beon 5star

My mom ended up purchasing gift certificates for all of us to be able to spend time together. The pandemic happened and the certificates expired DURING Tip Top being closed. Fast forward a couple months after they re-open, my grandmother goes in and receives service. When she went to use the gift certificate they berated and embarrassed her about it being expired and wouldn't accept it. She didn't even realize there would be a problem because we'd never had any issues with certificate acceptance before. I was treated so poorly. I have never been treated so rudely before at a nail salon. I had to repeat myself several times because I just wanted my short nails with powder acrylic over it with clear polish. Helen argued with me and complained that my nails were short and that she couldn’t really do her job because of that she was trying to talk me into putting tips on I felt she just wanted to get more money out of me. and I had to repeat myself again several times telling her that I was not interested in that. I will never go back there again. my nails were not that short but I work with my hands so I want to keep them very manicured looking. But this place I warn you is not good.
