Tip Top Nails

I am a first and last time customer. I am a customer from cool nails across the street, but they were full as always and I only have an hour without my kids. My time is precious. I should have waited because coming here to tip top was the biggest mistake. My nails are brittle, my hands are cracked, and this is because I'm a nurse and i use alcohol all the time. I've been to many places and only a good technician can make even the ugliest nails look model perfect. Phuong (the man) did my acrylic nails. He was in a RUSHED manner and when I kept cprrecting him he was in denial. He left chunks of acrylic under my nails that he did not file away and he left my acrylics so thick I became upset and refused the clear top coating because they were just so badly made and it really didnt even matter

Love the customer service. Good prices for great job. I walked in no appointment they saw me within 10 minutes. The guy that did my nails is a perfectionist. Love that. He made sure I was satisfied and asked me how I wanted my nails every step he made sure to check his work. 100% satisfied with the customer service and my nails. I have 4 fingers that are not all that straight and he made them match the rest of them. Love the work. Love the service and prices. My new fab place.

Poor customer service. I made an appointment and was 8 min late and they said that since I was late, they took a walk-in and couldn't do my nails anymore. All because of 8 min. That seems pretty strict and they didn't do anything to accommodate me. Then when I asked how much longer I would have to wait and sat back down, the customer that took my place was then making faces and talking behind my back with the workers who were also making faces. This is so rude an uncalled for! Yes, I was 8 min late, but making faces and talking behind my back is very unprofessional.

I went to Nancy at Cool Nails for yrs, her work was getting crappy & the place isnt that clean plus crappy chairs. I decided to try Tip Top nails & I'm so glad I did. The place is super clean & nice comfortable chairs. Kelley did a great job & did not rush. This is my new nail place. Try it

Phong does a great job on my nails... it's difficult to find a nail artist these days that doesn't rush through each customer like a bunch of cattle in a rendering plant. Phong treats his customers like queens... so happy to have found Tip Top Nails.
