my visit here at Tip top nails was extremely disappointing. My manicure came out absolutely horrible as if it was their very first time. They told me they didn’t have pink sparkles until it came down to it and two nails easily had broken off. The service was absolutely rude when I wanted a redo and wouldn't offer too do so (Lucy the manger). Pretty shocking to see there are decent somewhat good reviews here. Wasn’t going to put a review but this was just a horrible experience not only was it a horrible job but the customer service was just as worse and getting my fingers called “crookit“ Charged me 65 for something that looks 25. If your considering about coming here don’t the worse salon ever been too. ZEROOOOO star The last picture was how it was supposed to turn out.

First pic is what the inspiration was second picture what they did on my nails. All the employees there insisted that it’s exactly same. Decide for yourself.

The next day after their service I asked for the refund (or any options, because I wanted beautiful nails for my wedding annifersary) because I was so unhappy with my manicure and my ring finger was cut in 3 times during manucure...The owner told me that I'm picky and this manucure (see pictures) is absolutely normal. Please decide if this is normal for you before you go there.
