My first time went great (green gelx extension set). I was happy with my nails 100%. My second time I came in for a fill for the previous set and I had the worst experience with a different tech. While applying color it was poorly layered and rushed. Bumpy in appearance. She removed and repainted. Staff were kind and tried to fix the issue but you can't unfile a nail from a fill.... She filed it so much my nail looks crooked (beige set). I had such a bad experience. I felt so uncomfortable asking for the bare minimum of a complete nonrushed service. I had asked her to redo so much I didn’t even feel comfortable asking for her to fix the over filed nail. I came in to Tippi for a gel manicure appointment with Bea ahead of a trip to Hawaii with my boyfriend. I knew my boyfriend was likely to propose on the trip, and I wanted nails that were fun and beachy but would also go with my new ring. Originally, I chose a bright pink magnetic polish, but I felt hesitant about it, and when I showed Bea a picture of my ring and asked for her honest opinion, she advised me to go with a light blue magnetic shade that would complement the ring and my coloring. This was my first time going to a nail salon in Eugene OR and I had a wonderful experience! Make sure to ask for Michelle. She is so pleasant and super friendly. Her work is very thorough and she took her time to perfect the shaping and filling portion of my nails. Out of my years of going to different nail salons, this had to be the best service I’ve received :)

I walked in and they were able to accommodate me. I went for a gel manicure and a regular polish change. This happened 3 days ago. First, she didn’t ask about cutting my toes, she just went in with the nail polish. I wasn’t getting a full pedicure, but I feel like they should still ask if I want them cut? She started painting my toes and I hated the color. I ask if I could pick something else and she was happy to let me do so. Unfortunately I hated the second color as well but I kept it anyways due to already feeling bad for changing the first time. That’s on me. We move onto my nails. I followed my nail Tech My to Tippi nails from Nail La Bell at VRC. She always does a fabulous job on my nails and pedicures. She is precise and pays close attention to detail. This is only one of many beautiful sets she has done for me. My is very kind and strives for customer satisfaction. My experiences have always been pleasant with her and she leaves me feeling so pampered. I highly recommend My for an experience that you will enjoy.
