Tips 'N Toes Nail Salon

Hi, I want to share my honest feedback about my recent manicure. I’m really disappointed, because my nails were over-filed down to the point where they are red, sore, and visibly damaged. My natural nails were healthy before the appointment, and now it looks like the top protective layers were filed off completely. This should never happen during a manicure. I also want to say that there is one lady in your salon who does pedicures very well, but with manicures there is always something wrong. This time it was the worst experience, because it actually caused ! pain and harm ! to my natural nails. Please address this seriously, because this level of care is unacceptable. Thank you.

Was not pleased with my experience with her! I got the deluxe spa pedicure$43 because of 12 minute massage. She gave massage on and off through the process, altogether did not even last 3 minutes. She was nice but she was also rushing me bec of other customers waiting which I don't mind but there were other several chairs available that they could sit on. She rushed on painting the nails and had me got off on the chair. She had me walk barefeet on their dirty floor to the couch so I could dry my nails.

I got a gel pedicure and fill with design. I've been getting designs for 5 years and vary from difficult to simple. I asked for simple after several attempts the lady gave me something that looked like a child did it. I will go to a different shop to have it corrected. I will not return

Nails were made all bumpy. Paid for acrylic nails. Didn’t even get acrylics they just dip my nails over & over in that powder which was not what I asked for. Sign said $45 & up. They had me pay $50 for nails that weren’t even acrylic & they were short. Nails were also not square as I wanted them to be even when I told the lady they were not all the same

First time here, there is welcome with friendly attitude. The young guy has done my manicure. He is very gentle and calm . He did a good job . Also a person who did my pedicure is very nice , and massage my feet so well. I love it . They are very respect and kind. I would be back again . Keep it up a good work and friendly .
