Tips & Toes Pro Nail Care

I would give zero stars if I could. My sister showed them a clear, detailed reference photo for her birthday nails (first photo attached) and was told they could replicate it. What she got was completely unacceptable (see last photos). • The design looks nothing like the original. • One nail is literally drooping. • She asked for coffin shape and got a mix of random, inconsistent shapes. • The flower design is flat, uneven, and sloppy, with no 3D texture like the original. • There is nail product smeared all over her skin. • The aura ombré effect is completely missing. • Overall, the nails look rushed and unprofessional. This was supposed to be a birthday treat, and instead it turned into a major disappointment. Do not promise work you can't deliver. Be honest next time. On the bright side

My mom and I went to tips and toes for my birthday pedicure. My mom is a die hard tips and toes customer for 20 years so this is where we went! The pedicure massage was good and felt nice but the paint and cuticle care was horrific. I know I have small toenails but the male employee barely touched the brush to my nail and called it good. it was messy and not even on my entire toenail. The second coat wasn’t even fully covering the first so you can tell between the layers. Should’ve stuck with my east side sparenity like I wanted.

I think ownership has changed here. Not thrilled AT ALL. I miss the female owner that use to greet you when we came in. We spent $150 and left feeling less than satisfied. We were rushed through because they were busy. Did not do a thorough job. Took these pictures as soon as I got home. I have done my nails at home 100% better than this.

Asked for dipping on my own nail. Yes they are short. I paid 50 dollars on Tuesday for my nails to look like this .started Thursday. Called and left message and nobody wants to call back. My 5 yr old granddaughter could do better. I highly recommend not to go there. They can't even do a design. My friend asked for design on all nails , they said no just 1. And they didn't do the design she asked for. So disappointed and waste of money And customer service is a zero since they won't call back. Guess I can't leave a picture. But the marble glaze started peeling back on Thursday

I am so torn! I went in to tips & toes about 2 weeks ago to have them fill my acrylics that they did about 2 weeks before that. I was a little weary of how she was completely this process. Didn’t have me wash my hands or do anything sanitary throughout the process. After a couple of days I noticed a dark spot on my middle finger. I didn’t think much of it, I thought maybe she just got a black speck under my nail. Well today I couldn’t withstand the anticipation of knowing what was under there much longer! I took off my ring finger nail and LOW & BEHILD THERE WAS MOLD UNDERNEATH IT! I popped of the middle finger, & same thing! Disgusting!
