Asked the lady to do white powder and she misunderstood me so I comprised and asked if she could find a milky white. These are not milky white they’re way too white for my liking. And then claims they gave me $5 off when online the price is already $45.

The first time I went to this place I was in nail heaven! I knew I had gone to the right place- Lillian did an amazing job on my nails! This motivated me to go again for my fill. Three weeks later I got my nails done, by unknown name, and although she was fast and very skilled she lacked customer service. I had booked for my son to get a polish and my fill. They did not accommodate my son and when I asked all I was told was “sorry”. Additionally they charged me more than the time before and the lady did less than Lillian had. Now I have a nail that I missing polish 🤦🏻‍♀️ I hope this was a bad day and unfortunately my son and I got the short end of the deal. I don’t pay good money to be treated this way and much less have my nails chip less than 24hohrs after.

Their gel x and acrylic nails stay on. My friend has had 3 fills on 1 set because the application was so good. I get gel x and they do not budge. Highly recommend.

Tech took a chunk out of my cuticle and I bled the entire manicure. I paint my own nails regularly, and I do a better job than the end result of this manicure. He also had to redo some nails because after drying he told me to wash my hands and the paint just came off the other nails’ color is uneven, has weird texture and bubbles. Quality of the regular polishes is pretty questionable. Sloppy job that was extremely rushed (even tho nobody was waiting and it was super slow) and I was still expected to pay full price. I went with a friend and she ended with several tiny cuts on the tips of her fingers from them filing her skin. Will not be going back. I do not recommend their services.
