TJ Beauty, Your customer service has become profoundly disappointing. I have been a loyal patron of your establishment for over fifteen years, and the experience I encountered today was wholly unacceptable. Upon entering the store, I politely informed the cashier that I needed assistance retrieving hair products from behind the counter. There were no customers ahead of me at that time. Nevertheless, he proceeded to ring up three separate customers. Another employee approached and began helping him bag items. I respectfully interjected, stating that I needed assistance. The second employee walked toward me but became preoccupied with rearranging items on the counter midway through. I then clarified that I had requested help four customers prior.
