I was in town for 2 days and couldn't wait to find a nail salon close by with good reviews with the kind of styles I want. I was told that I had to wait 40 minutes but I was desperate and agreed but to my surprise it wasn't that long at all and he finished waaay after closing but still took another customer for a pedi after I finished. The creative ability of my tech at the 1st chair was awesome. I usually get basic stuff because the design vs what I get often is not the same so I was pleasantly surprised when he showed me designs on his phone that showed me that he knows what he's doing, in addition to the fact that my nail curve was exactly how I like it and he's the buffing king so don't be scared to try new things but be prepared to pay for what you want. Best nail salon in the 702! Tommy is a talent beyond compare. The service is fantastic, with offers of water and even the massage chair if you’re not getting a pedicure. But speaking of my pedicure, it was A1! Perfection. Do yourself a favor and get pampered here with detail and precision-oriented care.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I am extremely upset. First of all I just left from there. I asked for a pedicure and full set. The first thing they did was the pedicure. The lady cut my big toe up until now it’s still bleeding. Did I get an apology? Absolutely not. She put some green liquid on it to stop the bleeding but didn’t check on it or wipe it at all. So I asked for a creamy white color I even showed her the picture and she still did the complete opposite. Then she called a guy I guess his name is Tony. He’s on call and only does appointments but I guess she doesn’t know how to do a full set. I showed him the pictures of how I wanted them. Wait till you see what was the outcome. Everyone at TJ nails On Eastern have become family. Tommy always comes in clutch for my nails and Michelle never disappoints with my pedicures. Nonetheless, everyone there is amazing and I appreciate you all.

I decided to stop by (first timer) on Thursday (12/5) around 2:50ish. They got me in pretty quickly for a walk-in, it seemed like business was on the slower side. I got a gel manicure. I didn’t think to ask the name of the lady who did my nails but she was a little older, had a faded green pixie haircut, and veneers. Everything was great at first, she asked me to pick a color and she started the manicure. I’d say about half an hour in, things got bad… The drill was on high and it burned my nail beds multiple times causing me to pull my hand back out of pain. She just grabbed my hand and kept going. Later on she started drilling towards my cuticle and cut me three times in a row! I bled all three times and the third cut was on my thumb cuticle! It hurt so bad! Granted, she was very apologet
