Karona booked an appointment with me last Saturday, charged a deposit, gave me a non existent address for the appointment. On the day of my appt she did not answer my calls or texts when I was lost and couldn't find her. I have all the msgs and call log to prove it. Now, she's keeping my deposit and money I paid for the hair. She's not an honest person. She's a thief and I'm thankful she didn't braid my hair! I was able to get someone else yto

So I have known the owner(Karona) for a long time, but it is my first time being to her shop. She has such talent, and patience that getting my hair done was a breeze!!!! I recommend her to anyone and everyone, she knows hair, all types of hair and she takes care of your hair too!!!! Her shop is beautiful and in such a nice area, I cannot complain about her or her shop at all. If you need your hair done, go to her.

I have been with these ladies since the beginning. Absolutely hands down the best hair services possible. I have gone to Karona for at least 5 years and will go to no one else for my hair extensions, weaves, dreads, braiding AND NOW BODY WORK!!! This place is worth every penny. I feel like a pampered beautiful queen when I leave. Best in the business.
