If I could give it 0 stars I would just based off experience with my toes not being done properly. Kevin did my nails and he was phenomenal. Great conversations with doing my nails, just made me feel comfortable. The first person who started on my toes, I told him I wanted acrylic on all 10 toes, showed him a picture for inspo, the way he was laying the base down was just very sloppy so I asked him could I possible get someone else, his whole demeanor changed. Very rude, distasteful. Second person, she started to build off of his mistake which led to a not so good appearance for the toes. One foot was acrylic and the foot she worked on was tips. Now if it was done properly, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference but his work, the toenails was lifted, her work with doing them with tips

Environment: Clean and organized. Staff: Pleasant. Nail Process: I had a pedicure. The massage was amazing, but the nail painting was terrible. I had to ask him to repaint 3 times. I complained about the nail polish quality (sticky/ old) when I saw the polish wall. However, the associate told me they had new ones in the back. Couldn’t have been factual based on my experience AND my toe polish started chipping the next day! Very disappointing. Price: $50

I have gone here once before, and my second time I went was about 3 weeks ago. But I have a story to share: Whatever acrylic they used on me this last time, completely melted my nails off and broke them all in half leaving them bleeding. I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a while, so they were healthy. I just soaked off my nails (as I have done on my own many times) and whatever acrylic powder they used was burning as I was soaking it off, and broke all of my nails in half and they are all bleeding now. DO NOT GO TO TL NAILS!!! If you want something in the area, go to paris nails

I came in today for a 3pm appointment but was about 10 mins late due to a GPS error, no worries since they let me sign in and got started on my pedicure! It was absolutely amazing, the kind woman doing it was super sweet and made sure the water was just right for me, and even showed me how to use the massage chair. Next I had a full set done for nails, and the girl doing them did perfectly! I asked for a coffin shape, black matte. With V French tips that were glossed. She made sure they were even, and took her time! Not too thick or thin! I’m in love, she even used a lovely cuticle oil too! Thank you! It’s my last day in South Carolina, so I’m leaving on a great note! ❤️❤️❤️ -Nola

Monday, August 22, 2022: Updated to add that its two days later and my left big toe is swollen and oozing pus and blood from around the edge where Jason dug into my toes. I can't put shoes on bcs when anything touch my toe, it is extremely painful. I've made a Dr's appointment to have my toe checked out to see how bad it's infected. Added the picture with the date on it so you can see the 2 day difference. Came in with my husband for two pedicures. He had Maria and she did amazing. I had Jason, and overall he did a decent job. He is very meticulous in his work, but he is hard with the machines. He kept digging in my left big toe until he made it raw. Bcs I'm on my feet regularly for work, I get my feet done weekly, so there was no reason for him to dig that deep. The water was extremely
