Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience here. Wayne was extremely rude and damaged my nails to the point it took months to try to revive my nail beds. He ground my nail beds with the most abrasive option on his dremel, until it hurt to the point I pulled my hand away… this is after I requested he not use it at all because I had already buffed the sheen off necessary for the powder dip. Then… he gave me acrylic instead of powder and had the audacity to yell at me after. I will never go back and recommend you don’t waste your money here.

Very pleased with the pedicure. I received. Will be returning as long as they continue to take their time and make me feel like I am getting royal treatment.

Decided to try somewhere new from the normal and was very disappointed. Asked for black gel with a white flower design. I got two totally different flowers on the toe and black polish smeared on my skin all around my toes.

I had a horrible experience with an older man as my nail tech. He got upset because after he filed my nails, I noticed one was slanted, and I requested he file the other side to make it even. I had also requested Square, and he was filing the nails in coffin shape. He began yelling in his language and ended yelling in English, using foul language. He walked off, and a female nail tech, Ann, finished and apologized for him. I wanted to leave after that, but she said she would fix my nails. I ended up with even nails, and she had to file down my nails a lot to fix them . They were so long and nice and then ended up much shorter because of the man's incompetence. Ann fixed the nails to square shape and painted them with gel, but not the design I wanted. In the end, I just wanted to lea
