This was my first time at TLZ and the experience was amazing. Chen did a great job on my 24k vip pedicure and my full set poly gel nails. Will definitely be back. The salon was clean and everyone was very professional.

I kept hearing good things about the salon and I came in today thinking I was gonna have a great experience and ended up spending almost 65 dollars and these nails are uneven they’re bumpy. They’re not right. They are filed way too two in and they’re just horrible and I’m so upset because I pay this money and they’re just not what I expected for a set of nails to be done. Terrible experience. First and LAST time here. I booked an appointment online about 4 days ago for tonight at 6:15pm. I selected two services, full set w/acrylic and full set on toes w/acrylic with Eric(he was recommended by someone I knew). First thing, I had to call them 2 days after to make sure the appointment was confirmed because I never got confirmation. So I talked to someone on the phone who confirmed the appointment for me and after that I did receive a confirmation text where I clicked the link and confirmed my appointment. So I show up 10 minutes early, sign in. I’m waiting for about 15 minutes so now it’s close to 6:30. Finally someone says “Eric is running behind so someone else will start on your toes and he will do your hands”. Hesitantly I said ok because I was told this l

Blocking clients and deleting reviews rather than responding professionally raises serious concerns about transparency, hygiene standards, and accountability.
