TM Nails & Spa Jackson, MS

I have come to this location twice, and to TM in general 3 total times! Each time I have seen Emma to get GelX nails. She is *amazing*!!! She is very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly! The salon itself is very clean and everyone is very welcoming. I highly recommend this salon! (Pictures included are mood (color) changing gel polishes! They're so cute and fun! They're mostly the "warm" colors. I did not get pics of the "cold" colors)

Tiger, Tom, and #5 great. Those other females, especially the dark eyed and mean spirited woman in the very back are rude. We dismiss their behavior towards us entirely too much, as AAW we should spend our money where it’s valued not tolerated. Pay attention to how much they talk about you in your presence. Nail shops are a hit or miss, but spend your money where you’re valued.

I love their nails but I am not fond of how they treat their Black customers. For that reason I won't be returning and it's very unfortunate.

I have been going there ever since they opened their shop. It is always Excellent customer service every time I go. Never had an issue with nails or toes. If I want to try something different, (step out the box) Tiger, Emma or Angel always do their best to give me what I want. People ask me all the time who does your nails and I tell them TM NAILS!! ❤️
