Tn Nails

I was really impressed with my Gel Fill-in done by Kim and my Gel Toe Polish Change by Brittany. The both were professional, knowledgeable, personal and their customer service was top notch. This was my second time visiting this nail shop and I'm thinking about returning for my next service. I love that they were very gentle and didn't hurt my cuticles. I've experienced that at other nail salons. I would like to recommend (in the very, very, near future) you all start scheduling appointments along with walk-ins. Signed, A Very Satisfied Customer

I’ve never written a review before, and I almost decided not to, but I just wanted to share about how my visit went. I visited this salon only because my usual place was unavailable, and I was pretty bummed at how it went. First of all, I booked an appointment and when I got there, they acted like I had three heads. It seemed like no one wanted to work, they all were propped up in the massage chairs on their phones, ignoring my presence when I came in. I felt weird immediately. Throughout most of my appointment, my technician was on her phone, which felt unprofessional. She even answered a call while I was explaining what I wanted and interrupted me mid-sentence. My previous acrylic overlay was removed very painfully by being pried off with a plastic tip, damaging my natural nails. Desp

I had really high hopes because of the 4.7 star rating. The lining in the nails are crooked, I told her that and asked her to fix them. If you can’t do a design, just say that. 💁🏽‍♀️I think she did her best. That’s why I have 2 stars instead of 1. The nails are also super thick. The atmosphere was super unprofessional. I won’t be back anytime soon if at all. I only went here to try something different. I’ve learned not to cheat on my nail salon. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I was in need of everything—pedicure, manicure, individual lashes, and a wax—and this salon delivered! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and I felt comfortable right away. I went on a weekday afternoon and was able to get started immediately with no wait, which was such a plus. The services were excellent, and I left feeling highly pleased. I’ll definitely be coming back!

So I showed the guy so many styles that I wanted and he keep telling me that he couldn’t do it. Then I showed him a picture of what I wanted he also stated I couldn’t get it because my nail is going to show which is not true at all because I’m looking at the reviews and the person has it done on the page. Another thing I was supposed to to get a pedicure and all the girl did was polish my toes, no callus removal or anything.This was my first time coming here and I spend almost 100 dollars to get something that was horrible.There are plenty of times I got my nails don’t half way without getting the full nail done. I paid 60 dollars for something that is very ugly.
