Today Nails

It’s very unfortunate I have to leave a record like this. I followed my nail tech to this shop. I got my nails done on 4/5/25, I broke my nail on 4/7/25. Unfortunately my nail tech had a scheduled flight and could fix it but I was told to just come up to the shop and they would fix it. Well when I there, the lady who “fixed” my nail only put acrylic over the nail I glued back on. Due to my portal tech being out, I had no ideal what number the color was. She picked what she thought was the color but after painting my nail, you could clearly see it was lighter than the rest of my nails. I told her this and she insisted that it was the same and only looked different because it was newly painted. Mind you, it had only been 48 hours( my nail appointment on 4/5/25 was at 4:30pm and I arrived tod

Yess love this spot when I need a nail salon to rely on, I definitely go to this one. I asked for a mini white French tip And that’s what I got super cute and simple any nail salon I go to I always show them an inspo of what I want the shape the size and always keep a watch on what they’re doing $45 And these pics are from the same day, she did my feet aswell and she did amazing her name is chi chi this nail salon does really good but with any nail salon, you’re going to make sure you’re watching them and see every process so your nails can come out good like this.

I really love my natural nails and wanted a dip polish to enhance their look. Today Nails took great care of me. So much so, I brought my daughter in to get a full set. Everyone was nice and establishment was clean. Whenever I’m back in the Fort Wayne area, I will definitely visit again.

My experience here was the absolute worst and downright painful. The woman that did my nails was extremely nice but she doesn't know how to do nails. As you can see from the pictures, the simple polish job was just sloppy. My nails are awfully shaped and she didn't apply the coat well enough (you can see where the white tip of my nails begin under the coat.) They had to switch techs for that design (and it's all smeared) and the tech that did the design was so rude and aggressive. My poor cuticles were absolutely butchered. And when they got nail polish on my skin, rather than use nail polish remover to take it off, they proceeded to FILE IT OFF and PINCH and SCRATCH it off. Never coming here again.

I have been using this salon +20 years. Last year ownership change. Not at all happy with change. Not pleasant or relaxing. Never had trouble with nails before, became a problem. Last pedi I had gave me a fungal infection, never had that problem before. Always clean before. Stopped having nails done at all. Still treating fungus. Oh, and did I mention, prices went up. Really sad.
