Toi Spa Plantation Nail Spa

I went and got my bday nails for the first time at Toi Spa with Claudia as my tech and I was in love with how they came out! Claudia was amazing and had great customer service and gave me exactly what I was looking for with great retention!!

I went for the first time to get my gel X system because of a friends recommendation and I have zero regrets! Ale was very careful, detailed, and kind. Thank you so much, I will be back soon!

Sky was great! He did my donuts glaze wedding nails perfectly! He took his time and this is exactly what I wanted. Best part is they grew out so beautifully so I wore the nails for like 5 weeks! Toi Spa is a nice place to get your nails done - the technician stations have vacuum fans at so the dust doesn’t fly everywhere! And the front desk attendant was very helpful. She was texting with me to make sure they had a technician who could do the glazed look with hard gel. Thanks Toi for my perfect wedding nails!

Update: they fixed my nails but now I have bubbles on all my nails. It’s even worse than when it was lifted. They didn’t even start over, they just filed down the part where the lifted part was and put structure gel on it. Horrible. Not even 48 hours later and 8/10 nails are lifted. This is ridiculous. I’m so upset.

I first started going to Toi Spa at this location but later switched to another one closer to my home. Years ago, this location set a high bar for consistent quality, but I’m not sure what led to the decline that I experienced in my most recent series of visits. At the beginning of this month, I came in for a gel x manicure in which the nail tech cut my skin on 6 fingers while using the drilling tool. I brought it to her attention each time and called the device to an early end, settling for pink polish rather than the French manicure that I initially had in mind. Over the next week I endured pain in my fingers around the nail, especially debilitating in my right thumb to which I could not apply pressure without substantial discomfort.
