This place is hands down one of the worst spots I’ve ever gone to for a haircut. Every single cut I got here over the years was rushed, uneven, and careless. There was no attention to detail, no consistency, and definitely no pride in their work. One cut in high school still sticks with me — I came home, showered, and tried to comb my hair, and it was a disaster. It was so choppy and uneven that I looked like I’d just rolled out of bed. I couldn’t even style it. At the time, I didn’t know anything about hair or grooming, and it genuinely made me feel embarrassed and frustrated. Eventually, I gave up and started cutting my own hair at home. I bought a decent clipper from Amazon, used a #8 guard (1 inch all around), and just kept it simple. Love all the ladies, especially Tina who always takes care of my "crazy boy"

I’ve been getting my haircuts at Tommy’s for over 10 years… this place is amazing. The women are so sweet and very skilled. Their prices are very reasonable. I always go to Tina (Trinh), for almost all 10 years now! She’s great and remembers exactly what I want. Tommy did a great job on his recent remodel, the salon looks more modern and professional. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a nice saloon but The biggest issue I have with them is they always turn you around like a turnstile when cutting hair. They will not let you face the mirror for almost the entirety of the hair cut. You are always facing the other side to the mirror because their hair dresser do not like to move themselves instead they move you around. Little bit movement is needed and is fine but having the customer face away from the mirror throughout the hair cutting is a very lousy practice. It means that I can’t correct you if you go wrong before it’s too late already.

Nail service is so poor. Made appointment but between manicure/ pedicure service took other customer for hair cut. Also to serve more customers during my appointment time, my service was very quick, for them just to finish quick and take other customers. Never suggest anyone for nail services.
