Tommy’s Nail Spa

I came in with a picture, and at first, my nails looked great, the tech did them exactly like the photo. I was so happy I tipped her $15! But when I got to my car and reached in my pocket for my keys, the glitter immediately came off. I went back inside right away, and instead of being understanding, she seemed annoyed that I wanted them fixed. Since my wedding is next week, I asked her to just remove the glitter altogether because I didn’t want to risk anything else going wrong. She was very rude during the redo, and when she finished, there was still glitter and dust underneath the polish. When she put cuticle oil on, it made the leftover glitter show even more, and honestly, it looked gross. While polishing, she also cut me and then put acetone right over the cut, which burned. I end

I LOVE this salon!! Emma is simply the BEST at her job! Very friendly and gentle. There’s really no design she can’t do. Not to mention they are so affordable.

I recently had the opportunity to experience a birthday nail treatment at this salon, however, the service failed to meet my expectations. The nail technician's workmanship was subpar, resulting in bleeding and an uneven application that appeared unprofessional. The technician did not offer an apology for the bleeding that occurred during the treatment, which I felt was unwarranted given the $65 fee. While I appreciated the technician's effort, the final result was disappointing, especially considering the timing just before my birthday. I wish the salon had taken steps to rectify the issues.

PLEASE READ! This is my SECOND UPDATE! By Thursday, SEVEN of my nails were lifting (ONLY 4 days after getting my nails done). I called Tommy and informed him I'd like a refund. He told me he do not do refunds but he can fix. I told him I'd be there the next day. The next day 9/13/24, one nail completely popped off on it's own, while the six others were bending any time I tried to do something, which is completely painful. So I basically slid them off (which was easy to do, rather than remaining in pain. Once I arrived there, there were two women getting their nails done by the two who did the damage to my nails, Tommy's nail tech and him. Once the customers was gone and I sat in his seat, he immediately told me he's not fixing my nails because I received a fill-in, not a full set. I told

Went in on a Sunday for a mani & pedi. Place was EMPTY but yet my service was rushed and half assed. Feet soaked in cold water after telling them hot all of 2 mins. Mani was completed in 5 mins with dirt still left under my nails. Would not go back. Waste of $70 and didn’t even get polish smh
