Great customer service, the beds are updated, the place is always so clean! Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for over 10 years. The place has many beds, 2 booths and they offer other services as well. Always clean and friendly.

The girl at the desk is always there and nice. Beds are wide and comfortable, heat up quickly and lamps seem strong. Compared to the West Haven one, it is more effective and friendly, too.

This 5 star review is for Julia. She is welcoming and personable which is something that you don’t find nowadays. Tommy’s needs more employees like her.

this place needs a deep cleaning. Very outdated. The girl working late Wednesday night 5/24 doesn’t clean the beds well… (she also isn’t that good at greeting customers and is honestly rude.) maybe the owners should invest in a vacuum cleaner or rip out that nasty carpet !! Edit ~~ girl working 5/27 before close is especially rude too. I’m over this place. Only one girl who works here IS friendly. If you want a kind atmosphere this place isn’t it. These girls need an attitude adjustment when it comes to their PAYING customers ! They lost me as a customer because of it. I will not be re upping
