Tommy's Tanning

Salon is SO CLEAN!!! I had a reoccurring membership and I totally forgot to cancel. I didn’t come for months and the main office credited me back more than half of my missed time! I tried this at my gym a few years ago and they told me I was SOL, wouldn’t credit me back anything and slapped me with a late fee because my most recent billing didn’t go through. Great customer service and awesome cleanliness at Tommys!

This review has been a long time coming. I came here on Tuesday, May 7 at approximately 7:10 PM. The girl who worked tonight has such a horrible nasty attitude, Every time I come in here. The first few times she did it I thought maybe she was having a bad day but it’s like she is always nasty. When I walked in today and every other time I’ve walked in when she works, there is never a “hi how are you”. it’s always in a rude tone, and just asking “date of birth?” Zero personality or customer service skills. It’s not a hard job to begin with. I wonder if she puts the same type of effort into cleaning the tanning beds as she puts into her customer service skills because there’s absolutely none that exist. I manage a medical practice and could not imagine being so rude to my customers. I don’t

seriously can’t get a spray tan when your under 18… no other tanning place has these trikes and I wish it would be known on the website to save the trip there. Also no cream or paper towels in the room.

Very clean facility,very friendly staff.

Rude employee. Bulbs not working. This location is nowhere near as good the Branford location
