I really enjoyed my service friendly staff fast and quality work! I have thick long curly hair and after a few days my hair just doesn't look the same after the silk press but this is day three of wear and i was out in the rain and it lasted i will be returning!

This place used to be okay but now it’s bad. The stylist are rude and disrespectful by judging your hair type and sometimes they are ruff when it comes to detailing your natural hair. They charge too much for a wash and blow dry with flatiron. It’s always a different price. They used to have a barber shop inside but I guess they got rid of it. I give this place a 2/10 do not recommend.

In my opinion, this business does not meet the standards of a salon. The $95 charge for curls that did not last an hour was disappointing. What's more, I was informed that they do not provide hair cutting services, supposedly because only one person is qualified, which suggests that not all staff members may be licensed. The hair washing and brushing processes were also poorly executed, with excessive pulling and tugging, causing me discomfort. The stylist's frustration with my long hair was evident, and it took someone else's intervention to resolve the issue. Overall, I find their prices excessive, their service unprofessional, and I would not recommend them.

If I could give this place a zero for dishonesty I would do just that. I went into this place in November in person ask how much a relaxer would be I was told $55 (by Charline first both on the left) that is what I paid plus pins. I don't like how they judge what they're going to charge you for relaxer based on how your hair looks. I returned again in January for a relaxer and this time I was told the relax will be $70 because my hair was more coarse now. The lady who washes hair in the back also argued with me that she was not the one who relaxed my hair and that I never paid $55 eventhough I had the receipt. The owner is lovely. But the hair washing experience leaves a lot to be desired. They don't like it when you tell them how you like your hair washed. They are extremely limited as to doing any styles. So if you are okay with blow -outs, pin curls and wraps. Then you're straight. They advertise nails, facials, massages and other spa like services. But they don't have anyone there to do it. There isn't much order. It would be great if they had people there that spoke English just as well as they speak Dominican and or Spanish. It sucks because you don't know if they are talking about you. which is rude.
