I've been driving to get my hair done at Top Knot by Shelbie for many years and I will follow her wherever she goes. She's great at hair, I trust her completely and she's a really great human to hang out with during the hair process!

Shelbie is incredible. She listens to me and I always leave happy. I switched to her many years ago and I'm so happy I did. I make a commute just to see her because she's worth it!!

As much as I love my hair now, I don't think I'll be coming back. I got my undercut done here with Elizabeth, but was very disappointed with it because it was very off-center. I understand that I should've been more careful looking at it the first time, however I don't understand how it looked good enough for them to think it was okay either? I do sincerely appreciate that they took the time to redo it a couple days later without cost. They were very sweet about it. I just had better hopes with the amount of positive reviews and the comforting environment.

I worked with Laura. She is very knowledgeable in color and correction. She talked me through everything, told me what she could fix and what she couldn't. Was very respectful of my budget. She spent more than extra time with me. She just makes you feel comfortable, listened to, and respected.

Olivia, man what can I say my hair hasn’t looked this good in a long time, my hair is so thick and there’s a lot of it. She could’ve been like every other hairstylist that I’ve been to and not blow dried it all the way, but man she did and that was something that I will never forget and then I greatly appreciate and I can’t wait to go back for more hair care 🥰. It may be in the simplest thing, but having as thick of hair as I do and her taking her time of day to do, it made me feel so Appreciative. I can’t wait to go back and get my hair done by her again, and her head massages! Man I haven’t had a massage like this before, makes you want to fall asleep! The most relaxed I’ve felt in my life🫶🏽.
